Clinical photo management
built for orthodontists

Organise, compare, and analyse patient images across visits. All photos stay in your browser or your own OneDrive — we never store or access your clinical data.

Everything you need for clinical photo workflows

From capture to comparison — all in one tool, all under your control.

Patient Records
Create and manage patient profiles with tags, notes, and a full visit history. All stored securely in your own storage.
Photo Analysis
View standardised orthodontic photo projections side-by-side. Landmark detection and alignment run entirely in the browser.
Before & After
Compare photos across any two visits with a slider overlay. Quickly visualise treatment progress for patients and documentation.
Bulk Import
Import entire appointment folders from your device in one step. Smart grouping automatically sorts images into the correct projections.
Bring Your Own Storage
Connect your Microsoft OneDrive account. Photos live in your own cloud — the app only acts as a relay, never copying or retaining files.
Privacy by Design
No patient images or records are stored on our servers — ever. Works fully offline with local storage, or online via your own OneDrive.

Two storage modes — your data stays yours

Choose what fits your clinic's workflow. Switch at any time.

Local Storage
  • Files stored in your browser (IndexedDB)
  • Works completely offline
  • No account or login required
  • Data never leaves your device
  • Ideal for single-device use
OneDrive (BYOS)
  • Files stored in your own Microsoft OneDrive
  • Access from any device
  • Our backend only relays API requests
  • No files copied or retained on our servers
  • Ideal for multi-device clinics

We do not see your patient data

StraightFiles is built on a strict privacy-by-design architecture. Clinical images, patient names, and records are never uploaded to our servers. When using OneDrive, our backend acts only as a secure relay to Microsoft Graph API — no data is logged, stored, or retained.
